EDAMH needs the help of the people we support to continue to develop and improve our services. We value all the skills, knowledge and experiences of people who use our services and would like you to get involved to improve our organisation.
- Your Recovery Support Plan gives you the opportunity to develop your individual support plan and give feedback through regular reviews and suggestions.
- Feedback is very important to us and allows you to comment and make suggestions of how to improve your own and our service through exit questionnaires, focus groups and consultations.
- Recruitment involvement provides an opportunity for when a vacancy exists to invite you to be included in our interview process and setting your own interview questions.
- The Board of Directors have the responsibility to ensure that EDAMH meets the requirements of company and charity law, Care Inspectorate and Scottish Social Service Council. Service users can apply to join the board when vacancies become available. Vacancies are advertised online and you can also contact us on 0141 955 3040 for more information.
