EDAMH has been a lifeline for me without them I probably wouldn’t be here today, there is always someone at the end of the phone when you need someone the most .

With EDAMH you get to know everyone and so the trust is there instantly, if you need to talk about something really personal, no matter what frame of mind you are in and I don’t/can’t talk to anyone else as I find it really hard to open up.

They have helped with medical/benefit forms that I dread as I get really anxious and frightened they are with me every step of the way either by just talking me through it or putting me in contact with someone who can help and are respectful about my issues.

They helped me get out the house, if it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t go outside on my own ever. They never judge and that is so important for anyone in a similar situation as myself.
