We operate an open referral system, so while you can be referred by another person or service, such as your Doctor, you can also refer yourself directly.

At EDAMH we offer support to adults (18+) experiencing mental ill health.

If you are looking to refer to EDAMH, we provide a downloadable form which you can complete and return by email to referrals@edamh.org.uk or print out, complete and return by post to EDAMH, Suite 7, Enterprise House, Strathkelvin Pl, Kirkintilloch, Glasgow, G66 1XQ.

Alternatively referral forms can be obtained by contacting our Kirkintilloch office 0141 955 3040.

Please note all sections in the referral forms have to be completed to help us identify the appropriate service for the person being referred. If there is insufficient information on a referral form we will be unable to process the referral and the form may be returned, delaying the referral process.
